Ingredients:
2 cups All Bran Cereal
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
1 egg
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBS. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 TBS Cinnamon
1 Cup Oats
8 oz fruit (blueberries, blackberries fresh or frozen)
(Optional add 1/2 cup shreaded Carrots and 1/2  cup Shreaded apple or pears)
Crasins, or rasins 1/2 cup
 

Preheat oven to 400
Mix All Bran and Milk and let milk adsorb
Mix in  Egg and Canola oil
Mix in dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and baking powder)
Add Fruit and crasins

Pour into 12 muffin tin

Bake 25 minutes at 400

Serve warm with Jam
Muffins keep well in the refrigerator and freeze well.
